I bought ooma system from Costco and activated in August 2009 and I subscibed for one year premier. In December 2009, I emailed/called customer service and asked about call buyout and told them I would like to buy call buyout. They charged my cc $349.99 on 12-28-2009 and they returned $99.00 on 12-30-2009. Again they returned $349.99 on 12-31-2009. Now I am using 60 days premier. I don't know what happened. Costco offers 6 months premier and $50.00 on international calling. They reset my account and shows no balance in my prepaid account. Could someone help me please?

Unfortunately, since this is only a forum, where one can vent his/her frustrations; your only remedy is to CALL Ooma, several times if necessary; until hopefully they fix the problem!

I called customer service 2 or 3 times. Finally, my status was updated to Premier, Lifetime Subscription.
