I am a new ooma user and have had some difficulties with calls in to my ooma line (some callers have complained) if someone is on the phone or has just recently hung up the phone. Sometimes, but not always, callers get an automated message that says "system enter code" and I am not sure why this is happening. Any thoughts are appreciated!

You could try disabling the connection tone in System->Preferences.
