can't email support

For several days I've tried to email support, but always get the following message. I guess they don't want to give support via email and would rather have you call an incompetent rep who can't help you with your problem after talking about it for 10 minutes.

I am sending you this message to inform you on the delivery status of a
message you previously sent. Immediately below you will find a list of
the affected recipients; also attached is a Delivery Status Notification
(DSN) report in standard format, as well as the headers of the original
message.

<support@oomacare.com> delivery failed; will not continue trying


Final-Recipient: rfc822;support@oomacare.com
Action: failed
Status: 5.7.1 (delivery not authorized)

I have found that calling ooma support at 888 711-6662 is much more effective than using email. I am sure they are swamped with a lot of Christmas presents but the phone will reach someone real time during support hours. Those hours are:
Monday-Friday 8am-6pm PST
Saturday-Sunday 8am-5pm PST

However I would assume they are closed on New Years day.

Friends don't remember what Landline Integration was or why we did it.
