Here, try this. It's what you get when you log into My Ooma, pick "Support" at the top, and then "Contact Us" on the left side:

EMAILS to OOMA SUPPORT...They Bounce back...so much for communications....I wonder what the real email address is?

Your email address is in that header you posted - this being a public forum you may want to edit that out.

Ooma's email support function is probably overloaded. You may need to give customer service a call or post a question on these forums.

Except you can't call customer support because they don't open until 11AM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What an awful mistake this was!
