When I receive an incoming call, it is logged with the correct time (EST). If the caller leaves a voice message, that message is logged as being received 3 hours earlier (PST). This not a big problem, but it would be nice to have everything consistent.

Yep, the "inaccurate voicemail timestamps" issue is a known bug that they're working on now.
Have a look at recent threads or do some searching, you're bound to find threads about this. I'd give you some specific links, but I'm just about to go out for the evening... sorry. Nevertheless, I hope this serves as some confirmation for you.
