Ported numbers and "Forward-during-outage"

Post by lerouxt » Tue Dec 01, 2009 10:36 am

Seems as though forward-during-outage doesn't work for me. I called support, and they explained that ported #'s with no landline does not support forward-during-outage. Is that right?

Then why can I set the preference?

No, it's not right.
I ported my number long ago and forwarding during an internet outage works fine.

My "Forward-during-outage" also works. Its a nice option to have. It is my understanding that only Premier customers have this option. Basic ooma service does not support "Forward-during-outage"
