My FAX problem resolved

I'm a new Ooma customer. I had problems faxing and the helpful agent directed me to this link: https://www.ooma.com/support/knowledgeb ... er-devices

For me, the problem was quickly resolved by disabling the ECM option through my FAX machine configuration!

I don't have an option to disable ECM, and was still able to resolve by setting tx & rx speeds to highest levels. Just in case someone else runs into that.
