I sent an email to ooma support, requesting them to close my account and refund unused amount last week. Haven't heard from them since then. There is no acknowledgment or status update from ooma. Has anyone else had similar experience with them? How long do they take to close an account and process refund?

I had a billing question last week regarding a $10 pending charge showing up on my bank account. When I emailed them I got a response back within a few days. They explained to me what the charge was for and that it was just a temporary authorization.

I would just call them. I am sure they will just refund your money if your not happy.
