Port to second number

Port to second number

I set up my Ooma about a month ago. I wanted to see how it worked before porting my number. I don't remember which option I chose with regard to the porting, but when I set Ooma up I got a great new number that I would like to keep.

I just recently added a second number. I would like to port my existing phone number to the second number and keep the first number that Ooma assigned.

When I go to add the Premier service, I entered the phone number I want to port and the provider. On the next screen is a bunch of conditions you have to initial, then below in gray is the number you are porting and the primary Ooma number (the one I want to keep). I've tried to change the Ooma number and enter the second number but it doesn't allow me to change it.

How do I get my number ported to the second number I just added and keep my primary number- the one the account was set up under?

You will have to call CS and tell them what you want to do.
