Have question for one of the Ooma guys

I went onto Ooma's support page and clicked on the send email button. The window came up, I filled in my question and hit send. About two hours later the email came back to me listed "undeliverable." Any ideas what's going on here?

My guess would be that their inbox is full.

The error message I got back while doing this 10 days ago was not a "mailbox full" message. Rather, it was:
Your message
Subject: "Technical Support - Voicemail"
could not be delivered to some or all of the intended recipients.

Exceeded the maximum delivery time

The message delivery failed for the following recipients:
support@oomacare.com
I posted in the forums about it also, but never heard anything back.

Hello,

Are you still experiencing this issue? We did have some DNS issues with our mail server about 10 days ago.

If so, please provide the browser & version you are using as well as step by step & we will try replicating.
