I have a second phone # though ooma premier, I have decided to use a different area code instead of the one I currently have. I know you can change the # free of charge, but how do I do it?

As long as you are changing to a valid, Ooma-available (they lease out blocks of numbers from the Telcos) phone number on their Available List... you can simply call the Customer Support line to have them switch out the second-line phone number (all done through computer).
