I ordered Ooma Premier and the Port Forward and filled out the LOA. Upon completion of the form, Ooma sent me back to the login screen. I received no confirmation of the Port Request. Upon logging back in to my.ooma it says my current subscription is Ooma Premier.
How can I know if the LOA is accepted and the process has begun?

They are suppossed to send you an email confirmation of the port request. If you haven't gotten one after 2-3 days, I would call them to find out if everything is ok.

I would go ahead and call them. When I did my port, I waited 2 - 3 weeks before I called them. They never received my faxed LOA. Once I sent it in again, the port was completed within a few weeks.

call them. When I sign up for the port and premier, I received a email confirmation almost immediately.
