Looks like ooma is down at the moment, all of my scouts' tabs are blinking red, but the hub's tab is blue. If there's anything I can do, please let me know! Thankyou.

Ooma is not down. The blue tab on your hub is evidence of that.
You have a problem with the wiring between the wall port of the hub and the wall port of the scout(s).

The next thing you can try is to move the Scout next to the hub and plug it in with a single wire between the two wall ports and see if the Scout works - tab turns blue. If it works, you then know something is going on with the house wiring.

Next, do you have DSL or Cable?

I have cable. If I recycle the hub, could that help?

Wouldn't hurt - give it a try.

Also, how long have you had the Hub running? How long an Ooma customer that is?

I've been a customer since july, I believe.... I'll unplug the hub & see what happens.
