I signed up for ooma 3 weeks ago, i like the service. got a temporary number until my port was complete. last week i got the email saying my port from vonage was complete,it has been almost a week now and my ported number has yet to work, my temporary number works great, i do not want to lose my number had it for a long time, the people at tech support opened a ticket for me but they seem like they have no clue about the porting process is there anybody else i can contact about this. any help is appreciated.

What happens when you call your old number from a cell phone or other phone not associated with Ooma?
