This is unacceptable. Paying for "Premier Features" and they either work or can't be undone. This should have been caught in "beta" for whatever system updates you have performed. An email should have been sent to ALL OOMA account holders WARNING them of this issue to preempt what is more than just an inconvenience.
This "glitch" is totally inappropriate for properly developed and tested software or system updates.

Wouldn't this be a little extreme when the issue seems to have only affected one user and one of ooma's best promised resolution in a matter of hours? Wait - maybe they should have sent out messengers to those who might not be monitoring there email. My advice, calm down, take a deep breath, and let ooma's technical support people continue to make MOST of us very happy.
