Every time I call support I have been very happy.

This time I tested out a Scout and had a number associated to it. I wanted to pack up the Scout to save but wanted to save the number to my shared hub with my main number. The customer service answered the phone within a minute and understood what I wanted and changed it within two minutes.

He even called back the old Scout number after I rebooted the Hub just to make sure it worked.
