Can't dial OUT and other issues

Can't dial OUT and other issues

I have done several hard resets. But since 3AM Eastern time today I can't make any calls regardless of how I dial the whether 1+, 10 digits or 7 digits all I get is a fast busy. Is there a global outage?

According to the OOMA lounge when any change is made on preferences it takes 3 minutes for the change to take effect. However, I have done several changes that have been ignored by the system. On the Lounge everything looks fine but the desired effect is never acted on.

I have just discovered that I am able to make toll free calls but still not able to process any other type of call.

That sounds like you are porting your old number and today is the day that the port is to be completed.

I'm not porting a number at all. It's really weird toll free calls go through but no other calls.
