Hi there,

I tried the ooma support line 3x, and emails countless times, but seems like no one is aware of this product. Does anyone here have the email address for the CMO? I am ready to escalate this.

Did anyone encountered weirdness on the "Prepaid calling account" feature? I used to be able to see all my international call activities by going to > Account > Services. Then I would see the "Prepaid calling account". Now, this is what I am seeing:

Account balance $Not Available Add funds
Recent activity and charges View
Check international rates View

When I try to click "view", a small pop-up box will appear and this is what it will say cut-paste "You do not have recent activity on your ooma pre-paid account."

Maybe you need to add funds?

Maybe you have no recent activity

Maybe you did not check to see rates
