Sorry if I am repeating, but when you reset the hub, did you do it this way?

Pull the power plug from the ooma hub.
Wait 5 minutes.
Plug the power back in while holding down the blue/red ooma tab.
Continue holding the tab down for 30 seconds while ooma does a light show. After 30 seconds release the tab.

This is the proper reset procedure.

I did this as well. I opened a request with Ooma support. Let's see what they suggest.
