Sometime today (during the day), my scout went red. The hub was blue and the phone plugged into it worked fine. I initially thought it was the wiring, so I plugged the scout directly into the hub, but no luck: still red.
Only rebooting the hub made scout turn blue again, and it's been fine ever since. Very odd.
As an aside, it would be nice if I could remotely reboot the hub so that I don't have to explain the procedure to the wife/kids. Through the lounge would be ideal (hub status would be great there too!), but through setup.ooma.com would be alright too.
