Minutes left

If you pay for 500 o 1000 minutes each month, where the left minutes go? I had 300 minutes left at the end of my cycle
and they disappear. If you pay for each plan you are entitled to those minutes and should be added to the next month, but ooma is taking away what your already pay for. Is that is legal !

Same as cell phone minutes, you don't use, you lose at the end of your billing cycle. Only exception being AT&T's rollover; even those expire after a certain point and you lose a lot of it if you do anything to the account like adding a line.

Ooma's international minutes do not rollover.

The good news is if you go over on your cell, chances are it will cost you arm and leg. But with Ooma international minutes, you go over and you just pay Ooma's low standard rate for your international destination.
