Like I said in the subject line above I don't have this feature and I don't have Premier service either.
In the last week Ooma starts to announce that the Do not disturb function is on. I follow the instructions to turn it off as per the Premier instructions and it does not turn off. Ooma is then powered down for about 30 seconds and it repowered up and it works fine for about 8 to 12 hours until it starts to announce again the do not disturb is on again.
Anybody had this occur?
Thanx for any answers. :(

Some change in the environment is causing the front panel to generate ghost key presses. See if there's been any change you can control. Meanwhile I've turned off sound effects on the unit so you won't hear these announcements anymore. You can toggle sound effects by dialing *#*#511.

Now a newer message is being repeated. " You have no Messages" . Power now being disconnected and repowering Ooma up. Everything seems normal again.
Will call help line in the early am>

A while back, removing power from the Ooma Telo for about an hour used to help with this problem.

(Removing power from the Ooma Telo for about an hour allows the Ooma Servers to rebuild and repair your Ooma profile.)

Call Support. Your Telo has a defective touchboard. It is way too sensitive.
I'm assuming that you don't have a cat that likes to swat at colored lights.

Well I did call support finally and indicated that I may have a defective keypad on Ooma. Supports answer was to move Ooma away from router and modem at least 5 feet away. This worked fine for about 2 days. But now the flower is flashing red which usually indicates a firmware update. It has been flashing for over 12 hours now. Will try disconnecting power for about an hour and rebooting. In the late afternoon yesterday the unit was also announcing the message in the answering portion, ( Hi you have reached So & So please leave a message).
