My Ooma HD2 handset cuts off when I make a call and, sometimes during a call, indicates scanning for base unit. I've tried everything: refreshing batteries; deregistering the HD2 unit and reregistering to the base unit; rebooted Telo base unit etc. Still the issue persists. Does anybody have any suggestions on how to fix this issue? Incidentally, this handset is a replacement unit. The previous handset that I returned had an issue with the speakerphone

Need to call customer service. Your speaker problem HD2 didn't have this problem right?
