What will I have to change or deal with after my port to Ooma is complete? I assume that my login to MyOoma will now be my ported number (since I specified that as the primary, and said the temp number should be released.) Will I also have to reconfigure the Ooma Mobile app? What else?

That should cover it Steve. You'd login to My Ooma using your ported in number but with same password as what you use now. You'd have to re-generate the password for your Ooma app. Go to the app and change the user to your ported in number and input your generated password (don't forget to put a 1 before your ported in number for user).
