Delete (trash can) on OOMA staying solid blue. Why?

Post by EMSguy85 » Sun Mar 24, 2013 3:34 pm

Hi I was hoping someone knew the answer to why the delete button on what I guess is called the ooma hub (the main service box, not a handset) stays solid blue.

If I push play it says I have no messages. LOL. I'm beginning to think it has multiple personality disorder or something. From what I read I should just feel lucky to be able to make and receive calls at all.

Solid blue is normal - in fact, that's the "normal" color for all the lights.

Same issue here, all other lights were off (and so was the trash can until recently).

I figured it out. Pressing the brightness(?) button cycles all the lights on, dims all, and then switches all off (including the Trash can)
