Daylight savings time

Post by halifaxooma » Sun Mar 10, 2013 2:10 pm

Since daylight savings time went into effect last night, my handset display is one hour out. I don't see any way to change it ? How can this be updated properly? It's kind of a pain to see the wrong time on the display, and I would think this would be automatic from the network time server, or whatever Ooma uses.

Are yours updated? I haven't checked earlier but right now, my handsets are reflecting proper time.

Nope. Mine showing a hour behind. Right date, wrong time.

My handsets were correct when I got up this morning.

Mine is showing 1:33am and it is 2:33am.
I've called my number from a cell phone. Still has not updated. Double checked MyOoma and the setting is Chile time (which I am assuming Atlantic time).

You probably will have to call Ooma Customer service, but some times, if you power off the Ooma Telo for one hour to allow your Ooma profile to rebuild, then power the Ooma Telo back on, the problem may self correct.

Log in to my.ooma.com - Preferences - System and make sure your time zone is set right.

I've already logged into myooma.com. I haven't unplugged it yet, but I guess I will try that next. Thus us a pretty simple thing to be able to do, how can it screw up?

Does Chile use Daylight Savings Time?
