Hello! I have the Hub and Scout combo with a 2-line phone, using the Hub as line-1 and using the Scout free 2nd line as the line-2. When a call comes in, both line 1and line 2 would ring. I can pick up either line 1 or line 2 to answer the call. But whichever line I pick up, the other line would continue to ring for 15 to 20 secs. I find this annoying because the continued ringing is distracting. Is there a way to stop this?
Ideally, I would prefer to have only line 1 ring when a call comes in. If line 1 is not available then ring line 2.

Do you have Ooma Premeir? If so, logically, what you are trying to do should work. If you are on a call, either via Scout or Hub's dialtone, the other line should still ring if another call comes in.
However, what you are describing as far as the other line continues to ring doesn't make sense to me.
Maybe do some testing taking your 2 line phone out of the picture. Connect a standalone phone system to the Hub and another to the Scout dialtone. When a call comes in, both phone system should ring. When you answer using one system, the other system should stop ringing. And while you are on a call using one, another phone call coming in would ring the other phone system. If this test goes okay, something is going on with your 2 line phone system.
