Can't call out

Can't call out

When trying to call out, I hear 1 ring and then then nothing. For the most part I have used Ooma for the past 2 years and have been very pleased. Please advise

The rings you hear when calling out are simulated rings.
You do not hear the actual ring at the other end of the call.
Wait long enough for the call to go through to see if you get an answer.

On a side note call customer support and have them change your forum name to something other than your phone number.
Since this is a public forum you have published your phone number on the internet.
That's not a good idea unless you like to get telemarketing calls.

Also removing power from your Ooma Telo, then repowering it may help.

Also as a temporary work around, try dialing prfix *67, *98 or *96 before the number being dialed.

Example: *67-1-xxx-xxx-xxxx
