Have to disable router firewall to get Ooma to connect???

Hmmm. I was certain there was a code. Maybe it was for another VOIP provider. I know at one point tech support had me identify the IP with a "*" code so they could connect to the device. But, as I say, maybe it wasn't Ooma.

BTW, this is for the older Ooma device; not the Telo.

Definitely no code then (was not Ooma).
