I received a replacement HD2 Handset (I did not request?) stating "Ooma was sorry for all my problems" and the new refurbish replacement should solve my problems. I did have an issue with the headset jack not giving clear reception, the new replacement was definitely better.
I did return my original with the enclosed UPS return label the next day, but UPS claims the OOMA RETURN CENTER is closed? Now, I did not create the label and the note enclosed stated my credit card would be charged for the replacement phone to my credit card on file with OOMA if I did not return in 14 days. Tracking clearly states NO ONE IS HOME and they will try again.
Not too worried, my credit card company won't let it happen, but would be nice if I were told they would be closed during the holidays.
