No Contacts

Post by highq » Sun Dec 02, 2012 11:55 am

Telo, HD1, 63430

The handset claims there are No Contacts, even after I go to my.ooma.com and edit a few contacts, than force a Sync.

This started a few days ago; a reboot of the Telo doesn't help.

Hmmm. I thought dialing *#*#191 from the handset would unregister it, but it just gives me a fast busy signal.

Have to do it with phone attached to the phone port; would give you busy signal but un-registering happens. If using Linx phone or handset, would give you "off hook" alert sound but no un-registering.

Try *#*#198 unregister all DECT devices (with notify)
