Ugh...Here we go with HD2 #2...

Just received a replacement HD2 today...Let it charge...Registered it to the base...Went to dial a number and it stopped showing the numbers i dialed on the screen after the second one...Tried rebooting 3 times and each time it does not make it past the "Connecting" screen...Is there some way to do a factory reset or something i can try before send a lovely email to support?

How many of these do you have to go through before you get one that actually works?

Try rebooting your Telo.

If not dice, go to setup.ooma.com and unpair all, repair.

How do i reboot the telo? Just unplug it and plug it back in?

I changed registration mode to telo then back to hd2 and so far so good...
