I currently have a hub (no scout) and am paying the monthly taxes. I am considering upgrading to a telo and keeping my hub as a spare. If my telo goes out, can I still switch back to my hub without the activation fee?

Logically, it would require reactivation once you move your account off of the device but you can ask Customer Service to make sure.

I just got off the phone with CS ("Shane"). She put me on hold while she researched the question. So the answer is that switching back and forth will not require any activation fees. The only thing that will be impacted will be the warranty on the devices. For example, the telo's warranty will begin the moment I activate it, but the hub's warranty clock will keep on running.
