I ordered 2 handsets on 10/17, began chatting with CS on 10/24 (one week later). I was told they would be shipped in 5-7 business days. Told the same thing on 10/25. Today, (business day #7) I was told they will be shipped "next week". Apparently the only thing about being "available on 10/17" was Ooma's availability to charge my credit card. Very disappointed. :(

Oh my, I JUST received a UPS Tracking email. Ordered early on 17 OCT.

Was it my turn or was it the email I sent them last night asking WTF politely?

Same here, 7am on the 17th for 4 phones and just got a number... the cynic in me says they just generated everyone's shipping label to placate us so I'll believe it when UPS reports picking it up ;)

Oh, here is the best part.... Less than 30 minutes after I got the UPS Notification, I received this response from CS:

"Dear Rich,

I checked with our Sales Department and was informed that the shipping will start next week due to the high demand of this device.

We apologize for the delay.

My order shipped yesterday. I had ordered two handsets in them morning of Oct 17. I hope everybody gets theirs soon!

Confirmed through the UPS tracking number that the package is in transit. I know some had previously reported a tracking number but it was not showing up in the UPS system for several days.

Finally received confirmation email that my order has shipped. No information available yet on UPS website.

I got two HD2 handsets today. Too bad I had ordered 3 of them... There was a note in the box, missing handsets will apparently ship in 3-4 weeks. :cry: Needless to say, I was charged for 3 of them nearly 2 weeks ago.

Same thing here. I only received a partial shipment. How could OOMA not foresee this and give it's customers some kind of heads up?

I was a little disappointed that all I have is a "note" telling me to be patient. No email, no call...

Completely unsatisfactory... in my opinion.
