Did anyone get a confirmation email after ordering the New HD2 Handset. I didn't get any confirmation email of the order. I figured that was standard practice. Am I just too impatient or does Ooma not send one and I just need to wait to see if it shows up at the front door?

I just got a shipping notification with a tracking number. So I was just too impatient.

If I am thinking correctly. I believe you get an email when it ships along with the info. If you've already placed an order I would think it would be filled very soon since you jumped right in.

Didn't receive an order confirmation either. It's great that they will send us info once it's shipped but they really should send a confirmation email. Right now all you can do is go into your account and click on billing history to see your order.

Just noticed this on the order page: Due to limited inventories, HD2 Handset orders are now expected to ship on October 24th.

I placed 2 orders with 2 each yesterday, no order confirmation which I thought was odd. I checked and they charged my credit card immediately so I guess they got the order.

An email confirmation would have been nice.
