cannt recv incoming calls from almost a month

It goes straight to voice mail without any ring...

I assume you are familiar with how to change voicemail settings [My Ooma>Preferences>Voicemail Pickup Time (select)] and have reset it to something other than what it was on. Don't forget to Save the new setting to effect the change. Also unplug the telo to force a restart. Cross fingers and see what happens.JackHH wrote:It goes straight to voice mail without any ring...
