cannt recv incoming calls from almost a month

It goes straight to voice mail without any ring...

Anybody having the same issue ???
I assume you are familiar with how to change voicemail settings [My Ooma>Preferences>Voicemail Pickup Time (select)] and have reset it to something other than what it was on. Don't forget to Save the new setting to effect the change. Also unplug the telo to force a restart. Cross fingers and see what happens.

nop that didnt work.. changed voicemail rings many times saved many times :( :( :( :( :(

It worked after i made several changes ... e.g. changed call forwarding settings ... all related settings ... anyway it worked finally! Thanks for support

Yes you are correct its was DND button ..
