It might just be happening to me, but at 12:20 PDT I called ooma support to ask about my CID. I got as far as option 3, then was on hold with the wonderful ooma orchestra, then there was a click, dead air, and the ooma dial tone.

I called back and again got as far as option 3, but only got dead air.

I didn't hear about any support outage today - how long were you on hold before you got dead air?

Maybe 2 minutes or so. When I called back, after pressing 1 then 3, it would not even ring. Times are in my original post. I was calling from my 360 545-03xx ooma number. Reason for my call was to check status on my CID - it still says my number, but the name is "unavailable" and it has been many weeks (maybe 8 or 9?) since ooma gave me this number. I have set it up in the lounge NOT to block outgoing CID.
