I ported our original Verizon number to Ooma. I have FiOS service with Verizon. In order to recieve a special promo rate, I had to bundle a landline with it. Problem is, when my customers call 411 information this non-used number is listed. Because Ooma holds our current number, I am not authorized to change the listing. Verizon informed me that Ooma must submit a directory change request. Anybody encounter this? Any suggestions who at Ooma to contact for assistance?

If Verizon didn't change the listing (if you only ported your number out and not replaced with another number), I think your listing would have stayed on their white pages indefinitely. However, since you have your new number listed, I don't know how you'd fix it other than paying them to not list your number.
