Network Status ??

Hello,

So my Ooma Telo has been flashing RED for the last 2 days.

Power reset - No good
Network is up...hence this email

My Ooma..."We are have trouble accessing your account call 1-888-711-6662", guess what they are closed.

So is there anyway to check the status of Ooma network when they are CLOSED, 24 hour chat is CLOSED, your Ooma doesn't work, and you have NO phone service????

I call from my cell, but no go, I call my Ooma number and it just rings on the cell, and I never get to voice mail.

Any tips?

I expect that this time of the year that would be PDT instead of PST.

Is your credit card up to date in your my.ooma account?
If your card expires they will shut off your service.
