When someone calls my phone numbert, they get a ERROR MSG: CO93956 stating this this number is not in service. I appear to be able to call out to any number, I just can't receive calls.

Did you just sign up? Add another number and try dialing out with **1 prefix. If works, call customer service tomorrow and have them remove the bad number from your account.

I've had the same issue since Saturday. Support said it was a known issue and would be fixed within 24 hours. I've called support since then and get the same answer and it's still not fixed.

Having the same issue since about the same time as other poster. Some incoming calls are getting error messages, some get through. Support said they were going to try and call me but no dice they didn't get through, apparently, and didn't bother to call back on the cell phone that I'd called them on.
