I've been using Ooma for several months with no problems. Suddenly callers with private numbers get the message "the person you are trying to call doesn't accept calls from private numbers. Please hang up and press star 61 to make your number visible". I don't want this to happen, especially with International calls. Pressing *61 will not work for International calls. I need to change this setting. How?

Go to your my.ooma.com account.
Select Preferences -> Privacy
Uncheck the box for Anonymous Call Block.

I also began receiving this message when trying to call my home. I do not have the caller ID selected, as it is a 'premium feature'. I noticed this first happening 5/7/2012. Any other ideas?

Did you check the box during your Premier trial?
Sometimes Premier selections don't revert when the trial expires.
Call Customer Support and ask them to check it for you.

I left premier service 12/2011. This began 5/7/2012.
Any other ideas or suggestions?
