Ooma Hub • No Blue Service Light...

...but VoIP service is working. Is it an issue when using a DSL modem/WiFi Router combination box that is connected with an RJ-11 connector for internet access? Ooma Hub is connected via Ethernet to WiFi Router. There is no way to use Modem/Home Ethernet ports pass through setup.

Is your light intensity turned up? If Hub, knob wheel on the side. If Telo, the light bulb icon; touch to bring up light intensity.
