Either way homeless's issue lies in the anti virus. He can connect ok, just can't bring up a page in ooma's web server. He can temporarily disable the virus program and change a setting in ooma, then enable the virus program. Long term solution is to put oomas web address in the safe list in his virus program.

Agreed... Make your adjustments then leave the ooma alone.
