I tried left several messages the Play button doesn't blink as it used to do. I do get messages via my emails. What gives?

Did you verify your brightness setting is turned up?

I'm also experiencing this problem today. There are two new messages (received them via email and can also see them in the dashboard). The brightness is all the way up--no blinking light on either the Hub or the Scout.

First:
Power off the Ooma device for fifteen minutes. This allows time for the Ooma servers to reload your Ooma profile. Then repower the Ooma device and test.

Second:
If that doesn't work, contact Ooma Support with this problem:
