Hi,
I recently activated my OOMA hub (Aug 16th 2008) but for all my outbound calls caller id that is seen on the receiver's end is displayed as "OOMA INC". In the lounge settings i have set it as my first and last name.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I like to know this answer as well.

My nu8mber port will be completed 8-22-2008 ...will it show "Ooma,Inc" or will it be my actual Caller ID info?

The outbound caller-ID is usually processed within 5 business days. Check out the following learn FAQ question: "Does ooma provide caller-ID service?" for more details.
