Enrollment to Premier Service after user has opt out

Post by logmaster » Wed Dec 21, 2011 6:26 am

Hi,

Have you been charged for Premier service even though you have selected to opt out? If yes, please reply to this message.

Apparently, there are thousands of people with the same issue. I have tried to contact Ooma support but even though they know exactly what I am talking about, they are useless.

Let's see how long it would take before my account will be disabled / this thread will be deleted. The truth hurts!!!

The funny thing is that after I have complained yesterday, they posted two more charges to my account.

Why do you expect Ooma to delete this thread? Unless you are being unreasonable, no worries on that.

Normally, unless there was an extraordinary bug of some kind, one has to go into My Ooma Account Services to explicitly opt out of Premeir during Premier trial.

Otherwise, monthly Premier enrollment would be automatic once the trial ends; charges would show up under Account Billing History.
