Confirmation on International call bundle

Confirmation on International call bundle

No confirmation when you subscript on international call bundle

I have been charge from May 2011 to Nov. 2011 on the international call which I don't recall I have subscripted it, the problem is I also have my international call prepaid account as same time, the country that I want to call was not cover by the international call bundle! So I paid my monthly international call bundle which I can not use, and keep paid my international called prepiad account when the fund is run out!

If the bundle feature have confirmation then I aware that I have subscripted this service, and may find out the country which I want to call is not cover the I don't need to have bundle and the prepaid account at the same time!!

Looks like you need to contact customer support and cancel your bundle if the country you call is not covered.
