I purchased & activated my ooma hub in December 2010, it came with a $20.00 credit for international calls.
Everything was working fine until the last telo firmware upgrade, when my balance went down to $1.00.

Called customer support & was told that the 20 bucks was a promotion that EXPIRED after 6 months.
NOWWHERE was this mentioned or written.
What is even stranger is that I have charges in September & October, which would be 3&4 months AFTER expiration.

Has anyone else run into this??
