Telo Handset Problem

Telo Handset Problem

One of my two Telo Handsets periodically (1-2 times per week) goes off line. It says "Searching" and will not respond to any keys. The only way I can find to reset is to open it up and disconnect/reconnect the battery. Note that only one of my two handsets does this.
